Parwaaz Card is an initiative of the Punjab Government launched to help skilled individuals across Punjab who seek overseas employment. It aims to provide access to overseas employment opportunities. It will strengthen and boost the country’s economy through foreign remittances. Through this program, the Government of Punjab is opening doors to foreign employment opportunities for youth who want to build a brighter future in foreign countries.

Overview of the CM PunjabParwaaz Card Program

In this program, interest-free loans will be provided to help individuals cover their pre-departure costs. These include the costs of medical, air tickets, visa processing, protectorate fees, skill verification test fee, and Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) fee. This initiative was launched by the CM of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

How Much Loan Amount Will You Get Under the Parwaaz Card?

Under the CM Punjab Parwaaz Card Program, you can apply for a loan of up to 1 Million (10 Lacs) Pakistani Rupees. It means if you are an eligible applicant, you can apply and get a loan of Rs 1 Million (1,000,000) using the Punjab Parwaaz Card.

What will be the amount of the installment?

The installment amount will not be more than 30% of your salary. However, it also depends on the amount of the loan you have taken. Roughly, if you have taken a loan of 150,000, the monthly installment will be 12,000 PKR.

What is the Grace Period and Loan Tenor for Parwaaz Card Loan?

The grace period is 3 months after the loan is granted, while the loan tenor is up to 1 year from the date of the loan granted.

What is the Starting Date to Apply Parwaaz Card?

If you want to apply for the interest-free loan, the starting date to apply for the Parwaaz Card is January 28, 2026. The registration and application will start from 28th January 2026 on the official portal, and the application process will be online only. 

However, if you want to apply as an OEP (Overseas Employment Promoter), the registration and application are open now. You can apply now by following the step-by-step guide.

What are the Eligible Countries Under the Parwaaz Card Program?

You can apply if you have a valid Job Offer Letter from any country, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and all other countries. 

What is the Total Number of Applicants Who will Get the Parwaaz Card?

In the initial phase of the program, forty-five thousand (45,000) applicants will get a Parwaaz Card. However, the CM of Punjab has announced to scale up the program in the future.

Objectives of the Punjab Parwaaz Card Program

  • Interest-free loan to cover pre-departure expenses, including medical test fees, air tickets, visa processing, protectorate fee, skill verification test fee, etc.
  • To offer pre-departure training such as soft skills, financial literacy, and cultural orientation.
  • To help skilled individuals avail foreign employment opportunities and build a better future.

Eligibility Criteria for Parwaaz Card – Who Can Apply

Below are the eligibility requirements to apply for the Parwaz Card. Applicants must fulfill these criteria to be eligible for the application.

Age Requirements

Applicant must be 18 years or older.

CNIC Requirements

Must have a valid CNIC as per NADRA records.

Residency

Must be a permanent resident of Punjab.

Both male and female candidates.

Job Offer

Valid Job Offer Letter from an international employer.

CM Punjab PSDF Parwaaz Card Apply Online: Step-by-Step Registration & Application Process

Two types of applicants who can apply for the CM Punjab Parwaaz Card, who want to avail foreign employment opportunities by getting interest-free loans, and Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs). Below are the complete step-by-step processes to apply for the CM Punjab Parwaaz Card for an interest-free loan and as an OEP.

For Job Holders (Interest-Free Loan)

Below is the complete application process for jobholders interested in getting interest-free loans to cover their pre-departure expenses.

  • Click on the “Apply Loan” button provided below to start the loan application.
  • First, you need to create an account to apply for the Parwaaz Card. To create an account, click “Sign Up for Parwaaz Card” at the bottom.
  • A registration page will open where the applicant will provide the required details to create an account/portal.
  •  The required information mostly includes the applicant’s personal information. It includes the applicant’s Full Name, CNIC number, active Mobile number, email address, and password.
  • After providing the required details, click the “Register as Applicant” button provided at the bottom.

  • Now you will verify your email address using the OTP that you received at the provided email address. Enter the OTP and click “Verify Email Address.”
  • After creating and verifying the account, an application form will open through which you can apply for the CM Punjab Parwaaz Card.
  • The first section of the application is “Personal Information”. In this section, the applicant will provide his personal information. Applicants will provide their Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, CNIC details with front and back images, Father’s/Husband’s name and phone number, Mother’s Name, Marital Status, Applicant’s Contact Information (phone number and email), Nationality, Housing and Accommodation details, and residential address.   • In the next section of “Education and Employment”, applicants will provide details about their education and employment. Applicants will provide information about their highest education qualification and upload their certificates. If the applicants have any vocational training, they will provide their information. Lastly, applicants will provide details about their employment status.

Lastly, the applicants will read the Terms and Conditions of the Bank of Punjab and PSDF, and check the boxes if they agree.

For OEPs (Overseas Employment Promoters)

To apply as an Overseas Employment Promoter, please follow the step-by-step process given below:

  • Click the “Apply As OEP” button provided below.
  • Then, click on the “Proceed as OEP” button provided. 
  • First, you need to create an account to apply for the Parwaaz Card. To create an account, click the “OEP Registration” button at the bottom.
  • A registration page will open where the applicant will provide the required details to create an account/portal.
  • Provide the required information to register an account/portal. The required information includes the BEOE License Title, BEOE License Number, email, phone, and password.
  • Click the “Register OEP” button and verify the registration using the OTP received on the provided email/phone.
  • After registration and logging in, provide basic organization details, which include name, license number, and NTN number.
  • In the next section, provide the official contact details of your organization.
  • Next, provide the operational experience of your organization over the past three years.
  • In the next step, upload the official supporting documents, such as the BEOE License and NTN Certificate.
  • Select the OEP Demand Placement section under the OEP Profile section, and provide information about your placement requirements.
  • Next, provide Cost Responsibility Details such as estimated costs and expense types for pre-departure expenses. 
  • Read the terms and conditions at the bottom of the OEP Profile section and click “Submit Registration” to successfully register and apply for the Parwaaz Card as an OEP. 

Important Guidelines for the Applicants

Below are some of the important guidelines and instructions that applicants should keep in mind while applying for the card.

DO’s

  • Provide accurate and complete information to avoid application rejection.
  • Upload authentic documents and pictures only.
  • If you are not sure about a job offer and it seems to be suspicious or fraudulent, inform PSDF immediately. 
  • Respond promptly to OEP or employer communications
  • Always provide documents and apply within the given timelines.

DON’Ts

  • Ensure you are not submitting fake or forged documents. Otherwise, your application will be rejected, and legal action will be taken.
  • Please don’t share your login details and portal access with anyone else.
  • Please ensure you are fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria for the jobs you want to apply for. Otherwise, don’t apply for them, and it will result in rejection or blacklisting.
  • Please don’t pay any fee to Overseas Employment Promoter outside the fee structure approved by the Government.
  • Always use the portal in the legal and right way. Don’t misuse it; otherwise, an appropriate legal action will be taken. 

Legal Penalties and Consequences for Violations of Rules and Regulations

In case of non-compliance with rules and regulations, applicants or individuals w may face legal penalties and consequences. Below are some violations with their consequences explained:

False Information or Forged Documents

If the applicant submits false information or forged/fake documents, it will result in immediate application rejection, blacklisting from the portal, and reporting to the concerned authorities.

Fraudulent or Duplicate Profiles

If an individual is found to be creating or using a fraudulent or duplicate profile, it will result in account suspension, and a permanent ban will be imposed.

Failure to Comply with Job Contracts

If an applicant is found to have violated or failed to comply with job contracts, his/her eligibility for future overseas placements will be affected.

Portal Misusage

If an applicant or individual misuses the portal, it will result in permanent blacklisting, and an appropriate legal action will be taken under cybercrime laws.

There is no application fee for it. Applicants can apply for it without any fees.

This program was launched by the Punjab Government recently and is in the initial phase. No official deadline announced yet. As soon as it is announced, we will inform you.

Every eligible applicant who fulfils the following requirements can apply:

Initially, 20% amount will be given in cash. The remaining amount will be released later, which will be 20% cash and 80% digital (paid through POS/Card).
